Rules and Classes

All classes at FRP (Except KidKart and Oval Classes) must use one of the following tire compounds: Mojo D2 (Green), Vega VAH (Red), MG SH/SH2 (Red) or Hoosier R60B. This is a new rule for this season and will officially take effect on points race #4. There is no spec fuel for any classes at FRP but the use of fuel additives is NOT permitted for any classes.

Our aim at FRP is to be affordable and fun, but ALSO fair. While our rules are relaxed in comparison to other tracks, post-race tech is still conducted at FRP according to the Briggs lo206 and AKRA rulebooks. FRP staff reserves the right to deem any kart unsafe or unfair at any time.

206 Sportsman

Ages 8 to 12, green carb slide, 265lb min. weight

206 Junior

Ages 12-15, yellow carb slide, 320lb min. weight

Predator Road Course

Ages 13+, Box-Stock Harbor Freight Predator, 360lb min. weight, **this class races on the road course, NOT the oval**

206 Senior

Ages 15+, black carb slide, 365lb min. weight

Predator Oval

Ages 15+, Box-Stock Harbor Freight Predator, 370lb min weight

206 Masters
